Chiefly run by Bill Wade, a retired Army helicopter pilot and semi-retired global trade executive, Cafe Soul is the culmination of years of diverse experiences. After a distinguished military career and decades spent traveling around the world in global trade, Bill decided to follow his passion for cooking. He is currently attending culinary school at Escoffier, where he is honing his skills to elevate the flavors he’s loved for years. Bill brings a unique perspective to every dish, blending precision, creativity, and the deep, smoky flavors of BBQ and comfort food.
